Leach quit Kelloggs, took half the money - $6,000 - from his retirement fund and started Eliminator in a former gas station he rented for $75 a month. Eliminators Bob Leach didn't have to whack anybody on his way to becoming kingpin of the West Coast custom scene. But he did have to build a mob of killer boats.
